The seating map at Atlanta Motor Speedway features a wide range of options to suit every fan attending the Quaker State 400 or other major events. Whether you're looking for seats close to the start/finish line or prefer a broader view of the entire quad-oval layout, the grandstand configuration is designed to offer different vantage points and experiences depending on your preference.
Located at the heart of the frontstretch, Champions Grandstand is the closest to the start/finish line. It offers a thrilling view of the race start, restarts, pit stops, and the checkered flag. It’s the most popular spot for fans who want to witness key race moments up close. The upper section provides a wide view across the tri-oval and pit road, while the lower section puts you just above the action. The atmosphere here is electric, especially in the closing laps.
Note that the main fan zone is located just behind the Champions Grandstand.
Just to the east of the Champions section, the Earnhardt Grandstand also overlooks the frontstretch and pit road. It shares much of the same high-energy vibe, with excellent views of cars coming from Turn 4. It’s slightly offset from the start/finish line but still close enough to catch pit strategies and driver battles on the straight. Like the others, it’s split into lower and upper sections–the higher seats offering a more complete view of the entire frontstretch.
Located closer to Turn 4, the Petty Grandstand gives fans a dynamic view. While it’s further from the start/finish line, it’s a great value spot with plenty of speed and close-quarter racing in sight. This is a favorite for fans who enjoy watching how drivers handle the corner under pressure. The lower rows bring the sound and speed right to you, while the upper section helps you follow the racing flow.
Positioned near Turn 1, the Johnson Grandstand offers a different perspective compared to the frontstretch seating. Here, the focus is on cornering speed and racecraft as drivers power through the first turn. The upper section is especially good for following the rhythm of the race through the early corners.
